In Henderson, Nevada: We’ll be at the Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas South, just outside Las Vegas, but much quieter and more peaceful! We’ll enjoy yoga each morning poolside, and an evening sunset walk in nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

Amenities at this beautiful hotel include a free hot breakfast every day and a microwave and refrigerator in every room. We’ve negotiated a super-low room rate for our group, to make this retreat amazingly affordable. All just 10 miles from the airport!

In Virginia Beach: We’ve chosen the elegant Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront for our retreat ~ located along a 3-mile stretch of white sand beach with a scenic boardwalk.

Enjoy sunrise yoga on the beach each morning just steps from the water. Between our sessions, you can unwind on the beach or at the hotel’s pool and jacuzzi, enjoy a workout in the oceanfront fitness center, or rent a bicycle on-site.

With our super-low special room rate, double rooms are amazingly affordable. Each of the spacious rooms features a mini-fridge, free high-speed wireless internet, and a private furnished balcony or patio. The hotel restaurant offers a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Is it important to stay at the hotel?

We encourage you to stay at the host hotel if at all possible, for the sake of ease and to allow yourself to be fully immersed in the transformative power of the retreat.
