Laura, can you tell us about the location?
Our retreat will take place at the beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel San Francisco Airport. Located directly on the San Francisco Bay, there are walking trails right outside the door, and a water view from the location where we will eat lunch. The hotel is centered around an atrium filled with flowering plants, waterfalls, and ponds with koi fish. There are even two elephant statues! (Perfect for Goddess Lakshmi.)
A free shuttle from San Francisco airport will bring you to the hotel in just ten minutes, or fly into San Jose or Oakland airports if you prefer, each under 30 minutes away. Free hot-cooked breakfast including yogurt, fruit, and lots more is included in your stay.
All of the rooms are mini-suites with a pull-out couch in the living room and two double beds in the bedroom, so it’s easy to share a room with one or two others. We will help you find a roommate by posting your request on our Facebook retreat attendee group.
What if I prefer not to stay at the hotel?
That’s fine. You don’t have to stay onsite. However, I do recommend you stay as nearby as possible to minimize your commute time, and to create ease and focus for your transformation during the retreat.
What about other meals?
